"We had been working out at a local club training for years with friends of ours. After a while you just get tired of being at the same place doing what seems like the same thing over and over. With our kids getting older and the weather getting warmer we thought it would be fun to take our workouts outside and involve the whole family. We asked Josh to come to our house and develop a 'fun-filled' family workout. He did a great job always keeping our muscles (and us) from getting bored. It's amazing the workout you can get with very little equipment. The kids really became hooked on exercise and even invited different friends over to share in what they considered fun! It's a great idea for all families!"

I have lost 83 lbs over the last two years while working with Josh! The best part is that through the nutritional guidance and lifestyle changes I learned with Hard Corp Training I have been able to keep it off!! Another great transformation in my life has been that I can keep up with my kids. Two years ago I was always tired and I was so embarrassed about the way I looked that I never wanted to go anywhere or do anything that was remotely physical. Now, I am the one suggesting different activities for all of us to enjoy. I feel better about how I look and my new attitude is seen by all around me. I first met Jim Rolfe at a local club I used to work at in December of 2007. He came in to get a fitness assesment and I was lucky enough to perform it on him. Jim was 35 years old and he weighed in at 355.7 lbs! His body fat percentage was an astounding 31.4 percent and his flexibility was terrrible.

Eleven months later Jim asked me again if I could do another fitness assesment on him to measure the progress he had made on his own. This time we were both happy to see he had lost a significant amount of weight and body fat. He now weighed 289.7 and his body fat was 21.2 percent! Jim wanted to know what he could do to make more gains and make them fast. It was then that I introduced him to Metabolic Resistance Training. We worked together over the course of several months focusing on lifting heavy full body lifts with high intensity cardiovascular instead of just steady state running. I started at 361 and am now 225….and shrinking! I am stronger, faster, and more flexible than ever…in my life! As well as the lightest in my teenage/adult life…..since 5th grade! No joke. It is possible to do this without drugs and without enhancements, and without surgery….I am the proof that hard work and determination combined with major lifestyle changes and the sound advice of a great trainer works and it works long-term.

Josh, Thank you very much for all of your help. You are by far the best person I ever had help me train for weightlifting. You were very patient, understanding, and made it very simple to learn without any derogatory comments some trainers use. Without your help I would never have been able to pass my test this month. You were able to correct my lifting form and increase my bench press by 10lbs in only 2 weeks, also restoring confidence in myself.
